"First of all I want to notify that this hotel is not real hotel. They are rooms on the third floor of an apartment building. You should know a code for the entrance door and a code for a floor door. They are no elevator. If you have heavy bags be prepared to carry it on curved stairs. Make note about your check out on advance because the staff is not there constantly. The building has nice location and many restaurants around."

"Friendly staff. Great location"

"The location was very convenient. There is a tram stop at the bottom of the hill, but it is also easy to walk to many areas of interest. The street outside is not so noisy as it is not on a main road, but still there is a lot of traffic. There are a few small grocery stores as well as restaurants and shops in the area. It is rather old. In general, we had a comfortable stay."

"When we got there there was no water due to floods the day before. Then when we got water there was no pressure and then there was no hot water and we lost electricity for a bit. All this happened in the 3 days we will there. But….the staff was amazing absolutely 10 Stars amazing. The location is perfect and I would definitely stay there again."

"Very convenient and modest!. This hotel is simple because it has essential things one may need to stay, but it's very convenient because his excellent location. I also want to say that there is a guy in charge of hotel ( Gulush) is wonderful. He was always available to help!. For the price is good. Breakfast included. I stayed there with my wife."
