Elegant Stay

This place is magical. So happy I got a room with a balcony as there is music all the time in the gorgeous courtyard. The concierge service is top notch. A very elegant place. Just loved it.

Exzellent, ein ruhiges Hotel ohne Straßenlärm.

Das Zimmer war groß und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Das Frühstück war köstlich, appetitlich und großzügig. Die Lage hätte nicht besser sein können. In fußläufiger Nähe der Hauptsehenswürdigkeiten und absolut ruhig gelegen. Die Sehenswürdigkeiten sind nur einen kurzen Fußmarsch entfernt.

The photos below of the condition of the bathroom says it all. The guest relations lady had a terrible attitude. Personally I will never again stay at this hotel. It’s not worth the price.

Great little hotel with an excellent restaurant in the courtyard. Room was clean and had all the basic amenities: wifi, safe, shower stuff, etc. Staff was very helpful, there's always someone at the front who can help you whether you need directions, recommendations, or anything for your room (such as an outlet converter). They also arranged our PCR test (it was a requirement for our flight back), with a medical professional coming to the hotel to do the test one day before our flight. The hotel is in the middle of Sultanahmet, walking distance from the light rail station as well as Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, and Little Hagia Sophia. The last one is literally down the street. This is important because traffic in Istanbul can be quite bad so don't count on cabs that much. Streets around the hotel are old and cute, definitely feels like you're in a city with ancient history. The hotel has a decent buffet breakfast. With the pandemic everyone had to wear masks around food.

An sich ein sehr schönes hotel was ziemlich nah am sultanahmet liegt, keine 5 minuten gehweg. Die bedienung am empfang war sehr freundlich. Als wir in die zimmer kamen habe ich später bemerkt das die tür defekt ist. Ich habe das gemeldet, nur wurde nichts gemacht. Kurz vor dem schlafen gehen hab ich noch festgestellt das die klimaanlage defekt ist. Da ich aber sehr müde war habe ich es nicht gemeldet. Nach dem auschecken habe ich erfahren das einer von der bedienung über uns gelästert hat, so das man es wohl hören konnte. Ich finde solch ein verhalten absolut unverschämt und unprofessionell. Man geht nicht so mit gästen um

What can I say? This hotel is absolutely fabulous and we had a wonderful stay here. It felt like a calm oasis in the middle of a bustling city, and we loved the traditional Ottoman style design. Our room was perfect, with a nice balcony to relax in the evenings. The staff were friendly and helpful at all times, and the COVID safety was excellently managed. Breakfast was great, we enjoyed fresh omelettes as well as all the delicious buffet options. The location is perfect too, it’s an easy walk to the grand bazaar, Hagia Sofia and many more Istanbul sights. Highly recommend the Rose Garden Suites and will definitely stay here again!
