I’ve stayed in this property for 7 nights, and it was the worst stay ever - never again.
I would recommend avoiding it at all costs.
- £20 was stolen from our room by room service;
- Reception called us at 03:30 AM asking a check-in-related question;
- The hotel claims that its staff speaks English, and that is not correct at all. It is extremely hard to communicate with their staff.
- The hotel provided inadequate information on Expedia, i.e. Sauna, Massage, and Turkish Bath are all under maintenance and this is not mentioned by the hotel.
- The hotel does not deserve 5 stars rating whatsoever. I have been to Istanbul over 10 times and I know how 5 star hotels look.
- Be ware the hotel is advertising itself on Expedia under the name of Titanic Business Golden Horn. However, in reality it is called Windsor Hotel & Convention Center. As such, be careful when booking. As it is utterly poor hotel.
