"Great Hotel to stay. Staff was very helpful, cordial and they all spoke English which helped us a lot. During our stay we had planned a tour of Rio and it turned out to be a rainny day. The staff offered us a couple of ponchos for our tour. Excellente place to stay. Breakfast was excellent also."

"A lot of the staff speak and understand English, which was a nice surprise! Absolutely beautiful views from the rooftop bar and pool. Sauna was perfect after a days walking. Bed and pillows were divine. Best sleep ever! Freshly made omelet with your choice of fillings for breakfast and beautiful meals in the evening. Lots of staff, always pleasant. Nothing was a problem for them. One of the best hotels I have stayed at in my travels worldwide. A huge thank you to all the staff. You should be proud."

"The breakfast was good, lots of choices but the WiFi does not work in the rooms . The location is very central and close to a lot of things but they do not have a clothes iron. The staff said they offer ironing but only in the morning and I needed to iron my shirt at night so I had to go without. The rooms were clean but the bathrooms were a bit dated and had mold on some of the tiles ."
