Noise levels were excessive, preventing rest and creating a stressful environment. The environment was unsafe and inappropriate, with loud disturbances and apparent loud discussion activity occurring in the lobby area, making it unsuitable for families."

"We enjoyed our stay at somos, the hotel felt very cozy but we noticed a lot of homeless people outside the hotel and that made us a little uncomfortable. The shower was also not the best, and we had to ask for toilet paper cause there wasn’t any when we checked in. Breakfast was good but that’s really the only amenity"
