A localização do hotel é ótima, fomos para o parque a pé. Porém, o quarto tinha cheiro de mofo. Estavamos em 4, 2 adultos e duas crianças. Mas o quarto tinha 1 cama de casal e 2 beliches, isso fez com que o quarto ficasse ainda menor do que já era. Além disso, os colchões das beliches e a cortina estavam com aspecto de mofado. Como as crianças são alérgicas, a experiência não foi agradável. Tirando essa parte, o hotel é uma ótima opção para quem quer ficar perto do parque. Outra coisa, o café da manhã foi agradável, com opções de bolos, sucos, pães, ovos, frutas, achocolatados e café.

O hotel é super bem localizado, sendo possível ir andando até o Beto Carrero e até a praia. Há muitos restaurantes e lojas no entorno. Funcionários educados e simpáticos. Café da manhã com diversas opções. Quarto com TV, frigobar, ar condicionado e é bem espaçoso. A copa no 1º andar com pia, utensílios e microondas ajuda bastante. Pet friendly, recebeu nossa cachorrinha Belinha super bem. Recomendo!

Muito calor, ar condicionado não funcionou.

Limpeza boa. Camas meio moles, mas ok. Grande problema tivemos com o ar condicionado precisamos trocar de quarto a 1h da manha pois não funcionava direito o ar e estava muito calor. Nos trocaram logo que pedimos mas o outro quarto o ar também não parecia funcionar bem, porem tinha tb um ventilador, tivermos que ligar os dois para conseguir dormir.

Não tinha sobre lençol nas camas. Apenas o lençol e cobertor. O assento do vaso sanitário precisa ser trocado, pois está partido gerando acúmulo de sujeira e tornando-se anti higiênico. Café da manhã simples mas gostoso. Limpeza em geral boa. Colchão bom mas travesseiros duros.

Colchão muito ruim, barulhento demais, uma virada na cama ja acordava quem ta do lado. O banheiro estava mal lavado, tinha cabelo na parede do box com cabelo do hospede anterior e ainda o saquinho do sabonete que o hóspede deixou em cima do local aonde põe o shampoo. Um absurdo.

Viagem a Beto Carrero

Hotel bem localizado, rua em frente ao castelo,com bares e restaurantes próximos,bom atendimento,e excelente café da manhã. Única observação para melhorar, seria ter luminárias perto da cama, pois o quarto que ficamos ( 03-não se todos são iguais) só tinha luz do teto.

Boa estadia! O quarto é pequeno, mas atendeu as expectativas. Muito próximo ao parque, tem restaurantes próximos. Quarto bem limpo, roupa de cama e banho limpo, toalhas brancas e macias, ar condicionado funcionando. Tivemos um problema com o chuveiro, mas resolveram muito rápido, e foram solicitos em ajudar. Café da manhã bem completo, e muito gostoso, ponto negativo somente para o suco que parecia suco em pó de qualidade baixa.
