The staff was extremely friendly, especially the guy who checked us in. The room was comfy and the shower was fantastic! My partner and I have already talked about staying here again the next time we're in Blumenau.

The check-in process was awful. The front desk assistant was very slow and did not speak or understand Portuguese, the local language. Furthermore, the lobby had a very strong, unpleasant odor from a diffuser or disinfectant. The bathroom was also dirty. Although I had booked a queen-size bed, they offered two single duvets.

Ar condicionado limpo e funcionando perfeitamente. Bem silencioso. Unidade com ótimo isolamento acústico também, acho que por ser um prédio mais antigo, o apartamento que ficamos tinha um ótimo tamanho e pé direito bem alto. Café da manhã bem completo. O banheiro que não estava perfeitamente limpo, havia mofo no teto e vários rejuntes bem sujos.

Precisa trocar e melhorar a qualidade dos travesseiros, todo o demais estava ótimo . Mas os travesseiros são péssimos e fazem toda diferença para o hóspede conseguir se acomodar e dormir .

O banheiro tem paredes com rejuntes muito mofados o que dá uma péssima impresso. Não dá nem para pendurar toalhas ou roupas por medo de contaminar. No café da manhã ficamos de pé esperando uma mesa para comer e depois ainda ficamos esperando para reporem as Comidas. Achei bem desagradável.

O hotel tem excelente localização, facilitando sair para bares e restaurantes a noite a pé , com segurança; próximo a alguns pontos turísticos. A acomodação é ótima, quarto limpo, com bom tamanho, cama confortável e chuveiro muito bom. Café da manhã excelente, muito saboroso e com variedade. Os funcionários muito simpáticos e solícitos.

Olá boa noite! Fiquei no hotel muito bom cama confortável quarto grande hotel silencioso… funcionários da recepção atenciosos! Mas deixou a desejar a moça da limpeza tive que pedir mas de 4 vezes pra vim limpar o quarto foram limpar o quarto já era quase no final da tarde! Enfim foi bem chato eu como hóspede ir atrás pra eles vim limpar o quarto! O restante tava bom 😌
