"Equipe mal educada e nada prestativa. Parece que vc está pedindo favor. Não fazem o mínimo esforço para atender o cliente. Café da manhã sem variedade. Pedi um ovo frito e até hoje aguardo. Ficamos em um apartamento de frente pro elevador que ficava bipando a madrugada toda, ficaram de ajeitar e nada. Em resumo... péssimo. Nunca mais me hospedarei lá "
