"호텔위치가 좋다는 것 말고는 충격적인 환경!! 샤워실에 물이 안내려가서 방을 바꿨는데 그방도 샤워실 물이 잘 안내려갔음. 2박을 하는데 한번만 씼었음. 2박3일동안 청소 안해줌. 이블보가 더러웠음. 한사람의 직원이 밥도 주고 배수구도 점검하고 카운터도 봄. 엘리베이터가 없는데 짐을 알아서 내려야했음. 일박후 아침식사때 달걀 프라이를 부탁했더니 달걀을 사러 가겠다고 함. 두번째 아침에는 달걀프라이를 해줌. 뷔페식이 아니라 현지식인데 채소가 부족했음. 과일은 씻지 않은 상태로 상표가 붙어있는 채로 나옴. 눈이 많이 온 다음날 택시를 불렀는데 호텔앞까지 못들어와서 짐을들고 눈길을 나가서 타야 했음"

"The location is very good and there are plenty of day trips around the area, which was helpful.
But, the inside of the toilet was very dirty.
I stayed for three consecutive nights, but the towels were never changed."

"こちらの到着が夜遅くになったことも原因ですが、家族経営のためかフロントに人がいないことがあり、少し困ったことがありました。
部屋は綺麗で場所もヒヴァの中の静かなエリアのため環境はよかったです。ヒヴァの中の宿泊施設は限りがあるため、便利なホテルとして利用価値があると思います。"
