"Bij aankomst werden we hartelijk geholpen; een medewerker nam de bagage mee tot in onze duplex loftkamer. Prachtig zeezicht met hoge ramen en elektrische gordijnen, al werkten die niet goed en moest er een monteur komen. Ook waren de rails beschadigd. De kamer had drie douches; één houder was kapot ..."

"The staff was nice. But the place lack of the attention to details that make a five star hotel. No bath robe, no sleepers, minibar empty. Two small bottles of water only the first day,they leave another two in my last day. Food was ok. The waiters in the Mediterraneo were very nice. Room service ..."
