"久しぶりに大満足のホテルでした。 お部屋もとっても広くお部屋についていた露天風呂も最高でした。 なんと言ってもライブキッチンでの食事♪ 料理長こだわりの地元食材の料理に感動して、スタッフの料理の説明や接客はとても素晴らしいものでした。 コース料理の流れの中で炊き立ての種類の違うご飯が小出しに出されたのも感動でした。 料理に感動、スタッフの接客に感動、とても素敵な時間を過ごせました。ありがとうございました。 料理長の鯖寿司は最高です♪ご馳走様でした。"

"今回の滞在では嬉しいことにお部屋をアップグレードしていただき、オーシャンビューの広々とした客室に宿泊できました。窓一面に広がる海の景色はまさに絶景で、時間を忘れて眺めていられるほど。今までガーデンビューだったので、カテゴリー違いを感じることができた。次回からはオーシャンビューに泊まろうと思う。 特に印象的だったのはスタッフの対応。以前よりも全体的にサービスレベルが大幅に向上しており、フロントからレストラン、そして清掃スタッフに至るまで、皆さんの丁寧で温かみのある接客に心が和みました。清掃スタッフの方の細やかな気配りも素晴らしかったです。 ホテル自体は歴史を感じさせる古さも残っていますが、それが逆に“味”となり、川奈ホテルならではのクラシカルな魅力を引き立てています。新しさや豪華さだけでは味わえない、特別な時間と贅沢な時間を過ごせるホテルだと改めて感じました。 総じて、景色・サービス・雰囲気のすべてが揃った滞在で、またぜひ再訪したいと思います。"

"客室もその他のエリアもきれいに掃除されており気持ち良く過ごせました。夕食朝食ともに和食で品数も多く、刺身も新鮮で美味しかったです。 宇佐美駅まで送迎してもらえて助かりました。徒歩20分くらいのようですが、坂の上にあるので歩くのはかなりきついと思います。周りは住宅街なでお店等はありません。 "

"Tu en room was absolutely stunning with the private hot tub. Don’t bother eating there though. It s a waste of your money. The shuttle was very convenient to get to the train station and visit."

"Wir hatten ein großes Zimmer mit japanischem Wohnzimmer und Onsen. Es standen zwei Betten zur Verfügung, wir konnten aber auch Futons ausrollen, diese befanden sich im Schrank. Das Hotel ist gut in Bahnhofsnähe gelegen. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen!"

"It was amazing. My toddler, friend and I enjoyed the experience. Our building was so beautiful. My friend and I enjoyed the onsens so much. My toddler loved feeding the koi. The futons were pretty comfortable. We used the onsens so many times. My friend liked the outdoor one since it isn't as hot as inside but i didn't mind. I tried the public bath at night and there were spiders in the room. They were big. It was nice to use too but better if there weren't spiders but it makes sense why they...
