"チェックイン時に、まず所在が確認しづらかった。４階建て建物の一室であったが何階に所在しているのかチェックイン直前案内でも記載が無かったと思う。また、キーボックスが開いた状態で鍵が無く、オチとしては鍵が施錠されておらず中に鍵が放置されていてごみがそのまま玄関に置いてあったという始末。清掃業者の関係であると思うがあまりにも印象が悪い。電気設備のコンセントが外された状態で、冷蔵庫も空きっぱなし。業者を変えることをお勧めしたいという始末。電話対応は普通にして頂いたので不満もなにもないですが、この対応が続くようだと非常に問題ですよね。後のお客さんには普通の対応ができるように改善なり対処をしてください。"

"I had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Sheraton Kagoshima. The hotel was beautiful, impeccably clean, and exceptionally well maintained. The staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and always willing to go above and beyond to help with anything I needed. Their hospitality truly stood out and made my stay even more special. Every amenity was thoughtfully provided and of excellent quality. Everything exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kagoshima. I would definitely love to stay here again!"

"The hotel has a beautiful waterfront view. The room we stayed was a bit old but spacious and had a table snd chairs which was very convenient for eating. There were 2 convenience stores and Bento (take away food) shop in front of the hotel. There is a bus stop to go to CBD in 5mins walk. A Bus takes 20-30-mins to CBD, only 230yen (like $2) and a taxi takes 10-15 mins less than 2000yen (like $20). The breakfast buffet was great, a lot of good choices and friendly staff, Tanimura san was very friendly and looked after us very well. We appreciate their hospitality. Overall it’s a good hotel in a quiet area with friendly staff."
