"Our first time to London and we were so very pleased with the hotel! Yes, a little pricey, but you kind of expect that in a big city. In a tremendous location! Rooms were very nice. Delicious, well-stocked breakfast as well. Very friendly staff. Happy we stayed here!"

"Such a hard hotel to rate because we loved the location, very close to the underground and the pool/spa/gym was an amazing bonus!! However our room wasn’t great- not very comfortable (bad pillows/bed) and very very hot. We asked 7-8 times to turn down the temp and they kept saying they would but no one ever addressed it. The hallways were messy and our room was next to the train and elevator which could be loud so we got very poor sleep- the staff didn’t seem eager to help. However, the concierge was amazing and so helpful! You might have a lovely experience if you aren’t on floor 2 and like to sleep hot. Otherwise we probably will not return."

"While the location was great, staff friendly and the room fairly clean, the problem was that my room (509) was completely airless, stuffy and smelly. The windows were sealed (understandable) and had stickers on saying “don’t worry there will be plenty of air” - but the room hvac system was hardly working. The controls were unusable and it would run for a short while then switch off. This lead to a dank and unpleasant room - every time I entered after going out it just hit you."

"Tried Tower Bridge to compare as we usually stay at St Paul's. The staff on entry weren't very engaged compared to St Paul's and didn't provide the "Platinum Perk" which was disappointing. The room was as expected. Sauna and pool state open till 10pm, we tried to get there for 9:25 on Friday evening but were told it was already closing. The board at the front desk said they gym was out of service but when we got down to the wellness area it was open, would have gone down earlier had I known it was working. The pool, sauna and jacuzzi are all in solid working order and the pool is better than St Paul's."
