"I like LaQuinta hotels. The rooms are usually big, they are usually pretty quiet, and they allow pets (which is a plus or minus depending on who you ask). I have stayed at this LaQuinta twice. My first stay was not good. This hotel is positioned on a downward sloping hill on I75. This highway is major and the big trucks coming down that hill put on their loud breaks and you WILL NOT get any sleep if your room is on the side of the hotel that faces the hill. The other side (even numbered rooms) face away from it and are pretty quiet and you can get some sleep. This hotel does not have the pillow top mattresses or the down pillows like some LaQuintas do, but the bed was still comfortable, but the pillows we're not the best. My room had a microwave that only worked sometimes and the fridge would freeze your food or drinks solid. The bathroom had cobwebs and the bathtub was peeling off it's epoxy redo. There was no conditioner left in the bottle, which was a bummer since you don't know until you try to use it. However, even though there were a few things that need attention, the staff was super nice and there is breakfast. People complain about the breakfast sometimes, but I appreciate they offer it and someone works hard to make it and it doesn't end until 10 AM! I love that! So, although it isn't the nicest LaQuinta I have stayed at, it's still nice and clean and has a nice pool that is super clean too. Stay here, just bring ear plugs."

"Long black hairs on towels. Dirty floors. No furniture in room. Dirty elevators, walls, and ceilings. Elevator was making funny noises then we went to use it again and it was shut down. Very gross place."

"You could only make a right hand turn when exiting the property. Which is very difficult during high traffic times to make a U-turn to return to the interstate. The entrance looked like it was under construction with no construction actually happening. The entrance actually looked like an afterthought to the property. There were no microwaves in the room no coffee makers. The walls were extremely thin. You could hear everything from your neighbors. It was very clean. The staff was extremely helpful, though the housekeeping staff does communicate directly by yelling up and down the halls. Overall, I would rate my stay at a six on a scale from one to 10. I wasn’t blown away, but I wasn’t overwhelmed either."

"The first room I was given had a dirty shower, sink and stovetop. The next room, wasn’t as bad, but there were some stains on the blanket, sheets and pillows. The room had NO toiletries. Not even soap to wash my hands, but luckily I had my own. I also didn’t like the staff knocking on my door at 9:50a asking if I’m staying over or checking out when check-out wasn’t until 11a. With that said, there also wasn’t a DND sign… I hoped to have had a better experience, but for a “new” hotel, the property and service is lacking. There were stains on the carpet in the hallway, trash piled up outside of rooms, and just overall didn’t feel welcoming and inviting."
