"The room was really nice and clean. I enjoyed the restaurant on the premises. It was nice at the end of a long day to order something healthy and grab a glass of wine. The staff was helpful and friendly."

"The staff was professional and courteous. The room was clean and the bed was firm, but comfortable. There was a fold-out loveseat as well. The A/c was cold and the window opened. There was a coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator, and safe in the room. The breakfast options were the standard eggs, sausage, potatoes, biscuits and gravy, waffles, cereal, and toast. It was only lacking fruit and yogurt. The hotel was very dated and the bathtub had a large crease (like the underside was broken down the middle) and both sides of the tub leaned in to the middle. It felt very unstable. The door to my room had a gap when closed and didn’t feel secure. The neighbors were very loud and slammed doors, which isn’t the fault of the hotel but still made my stay less comfortable."

"Stayed here while competing at a horse show at Waterloo Hunt Club. It was clean and easy. They were pet friendly for the dog we brought. They gave us new towels daily. It was not noisy like some other places I have stayed - I think I heard someone in the hall once during our trip, but I never heard anyone in neighboring rooms. They included breakfast, but there was only one day we left after that had opened up. The options looked good (what you would expect for the price). All-in-all, no complaints. I would stay here again."

"If you have a special request of this hotel, they apparently do not read the statements that are sent as a message to The hotel from for instance Expedia or any other travel agency that you sent a message from. You will have to call the property individually if you have a room Request. this hotel is amazing. We’ve always loved it. Rachel in the daytime is always dependable and always kind and considerate and does a fantastic job at keeping the patrons happy she should be the manager great breakfast comfortable beds clean rooms everything the way you need it Mary Mcvay"

"The staff was very customer oriented and very friendly. The inside of the building (including our room) was very clean and well maintained. The only issue was a funky stale odor when you enter the room. They could use another chair in the room. All & all a very nice place."
