The rooms and staff was great. But the after hours people at the bar, had all the decent parking that should have been for paying customers. We had to park around the parameters of the hotel, someone tried to break in car. Had to get a locksmith cause vehicle went into theft mode.

The room was spotless and perfect, with everything in order. The only incident was a smoke bomb that was set off during an event. That being said, the attendant Tabitha handled it like a champ for all of the concerned customers. My hat is off to you for having employees like her on duty when there is a crisis situation

The hotel could be quite nice the front desk staff and restaurant staff were lovely. However despite repeatedly notifying the front desk the housekeeping staff never came to clean our room during out 3 night stay We had to get towels from the front desk and tried to get coffee pods for the morning but they had none It was disappointing for a Hilton property. I saw paperwork at the front desk indicating that our room had received “full service”. Had they ever come in they would have found the tip left each day on the bed pillows but no one ever did

The staff was amazing !!! The restroom bath top of ceiling painting was peeling off. .The back of the bed the wood was coming apart. The restroom needed a bit more cleaning . Stains on the sofa that could have easily been sponged off was still there. I will come back because I love the staff. Good and safe place to stay.

The rooms and facilities were fine for our needs. Interactions with front desk staff were inconsistent and, in one case, we experienced an openly rude response. Our door keys for one room had to be reprogrammed every time we used them, and no one was ever able to fix the issue, nor did they offer to issue new cards. When we needed additional towels, no clean towels of any size other than washcloths were available. We stay at Hilton properties often, including Hilton Garden Inns. This was by far the most disappointing experience we have had.
