"Parking was the worst part. Upon arrival you must immediately exit your car and unload and carry your own belongings. Then check in Is on the 2nd floor. No luggage carts available. No one cared or tried to find one. We arrived at 730pm & the check in lady said “we’ve been busy since 330 with check ..."
