Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Medford-Central Point by IHG
8/10 Good
"My stay at this Holiday Inn was overall average, with some definite positives and a few areas that could use attention.
The exterior of the property could use some care. The trees need trimming, and the building and surrounding areas would benefit from power washing and general cleanup. That said, the lobby was clean, well maintained, and welcoming.
The staff were friendly, professional, and helpful throughout my stay.
One thing I would especially commend Holiday Inn for is the breakfast. It was a genuine, quality breakfast with a good variety of options to suit different preferences. I encourage management and decision-makers not to reduce the quality or selection of the breakfast. It is a significant positive and adds real value to the stay.
The room itself was clean, comfortable, and smelled fresh. Overall, despite the areas that could use some attention, I had a pleasant stay and would recommend this Holiday Inn to others."

"Very well situated for a few days exploring Ashland and the Oregon Shakespeare Festival. Park your car and walk to shopping, eating and theater. Rooms are clean and have air conditioning (a must in August) but our unit was pretty loud at night."

10/10 Excellent
"We got here late at night. We had booked our stay through Expedia and it said we would have two double beds and a sofa bed but there was no sofa bed. The staff member said we were not supposed to have a roll away bed in that room and it was a third party booking issue but she did get us one seeing as we had 5 people. The room and property were clean and very comfortable. The breakfast was great with make your own waffles, bread/cereal options, yogurt, apples/oranges, scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, sausage, & biscuits and gravy. Free ways parking."
"Beautiful place, lots of stuff to explore, friendly receptionist, made u feel welcomed and helped you in any way possible. Nice and quiet, which I was hoping for, it was very peaceful and mediating tons of space to just sit and look at. I would love to come back."
