The rooms were clean and very spacious! The staff was so nice and friendly, the breakfast was amazing, the only complaint we had was there were no sheets for our pull out couch. There was only a blanket and when we asked the front desk they were out of sheets also.

We were in town for the Polar Express train ride. Our stay was enjoyable and comfortable. I would stay here again. The free breakfast was ok. The attendant who was serving the food items was very helpful, kind and courteous. The only con was the ac unit did not work properly. The staff did go to check on it and made sure it was running.

The hotel was great as far as quality of the facility. The beds were good and the general condition of the hotel was very clean and well kept by the staff. The breakfast was not up to typical standards. Very little variety and many items just had empty bowls. We ate around 7:30am and we did see an employee come in from the grocery store and start to restock the food. We had already finished by then but I feel that the employee probably had things back up and running shortly after we left. Overall, it was a good experience and I would stay here again without hesitation.

Lovely place!

I couldn’t find anything I didn’t like about this place. We woke up feeling great and the place smelled and looked amazing. Breakfast was great too, It’s quite refreshing to find a hotel that refuses pets and smoking.
