AC is not working properly in any rooms.

Hotel rooms were not maintained properly. We had complain multiple times. We booked AC rooms but AC is not working.

Very bad experience and highly mismanaged system

I will never advice any one to visit in this hotel MAYA INTERNATIONAL . Room was unhygienic,conjusted and whole system was mismanaged . It was very bad experience of stay and I am not satisfied with the services provided by staff

They dont provide floor mat infront of bathroom.They dont have room heater and the mattress is of cheap quality, you will get back pain

The Maya international Hotel service and staff and location is very fine. also we have good response from hotel.com for issue of free breakfast. The hotel.com has say us to take breakfast and take a bill and sent to us our mail address and it will be reimubursment by the Hotel;.com.

Good Hotel but Bad management

Hotel & staff was good but hotel management was not so good. they have charged me Rs 1500 more, above the expedia price. Reason i came to hotel few hours before the check-in time. Not a pleasant gesture by the management !!! Hotel travel desk is not recommended please avoid them! Charges are twice expensive for local site seeing.

Their website boasts of Massage spa etc etc.. where nothing exists there. Even they refused to call for massage from outside hotel. The Toilet had dead cockroach and WC was dirty and full of hair.

HOtel Maya - not for tourists

As 2 young girls travelling alone in India i was very dissapointed in this hotel. We were subject to Late night knocking on our doors and random phonecalls in the early hours of the morniing. It is a tourist hotel yet we were constantly stared at, with staff always conviniently gathering if we wanted to use the pool. Also, the English of the staff was so bad. Even getting a taxi was a hassle as they didnt understand a word we said. I asked if there were cooking classes in Jaipur and simply got a 'No' when i knew very well there was somewhere that did classes. There were a couple of staff who helped as best as they could but in general i was frustrated at being unable to communicate ANYTHING with them as well as feeling uncomfortable and unsafe.
