"Staff seems well trained for extremely busy conditions. They were patient and helpful. There were huge Mecca tours groups relentlessly filling up the hotel, dunno if that's every day. If I knew about this phenomenon i woulda gone another hotel. Room was fine but the 2 power outlets were in one corner, strange. The bathroom had a constant urine smell. Location is great near airport, and eating options"

"The room, facilities and breakfast were great. Everything you need for an overnight stop, clean, comfortable and the pool was rejuvenating after a flight. The only inconvenience was the airport pickup. Very poor to none on the communication from the hotel prior to arrival. I tried many times to contact them for the shuttle pickup point but got no response, hence it took me a long time & much frustration to find the shuttle. Shuttle back to the airport was very well organised."

"The room it self is pretty basic, we pick this hotel because of the bunk bed arrangement that suit our need perfectly and the proximity to Gambir train station. "The hotel consists of one or two bedroom apartments in central Jakarta. The apartment was serviced daily and the staff very friendly. However there was no cooking utensils at all, just 2 glasses,2 plates, and bowls , and 2 sets of fork and spoons. There is no dishwashing liquid or tea towels. Quite ridiculous seeing as there is a full gas hot plate The towels and sheets were great but a bit of mould in the shower. Fully air conditioned and a balcony too. It just needs a bit of maintenance but...
