"The property was well maintained and 15mins walking distance to the mall road. The rooms was nicely done with modern style, although more wardrobe space could be given. The Balcony view was amazing, with Singalila national park on the left and the might Mt. Kanchenjunga on the right. The restaurant was fully vegetarian, which was great for us, with amazing breakfast buffet options, lunch, snacks and dinner choices. The food was amazing. The staff, specially Abhinay at the Reception and Krishan in the restaurant took great care of us. The whole staff was polite, courteous and always asked if we needed anything during the stay."

"A very nicely kept, elegant and high quality property. The room was big, with ample space, light points, plugs and accessories. The shower was amazing. The entrance was elegantly decorated and the food at the restaurant 'Rainbow' was excellent. The staff was very polite, courteous and helpful. The Chef Mr. Singh came to our table to understand about our dinner request and the serving staff member - Dawa was excellent in his service. The Chai i had in the morning breakfast was the best i have had in any hotel ever."

"Clean rooms and spacious. Staffs are amicable. Breakfast was good. Little bit noisy if you are an early sleeper. Other than that it was a great experience."

"Sterling Darjeeling is a great place to stay for a trip to the area. The location is much better than anything close to the mall. You can avoid all the traffic and noise of central Darjeeling. Views of the valley and surround mountains are great. The staff is very helpful. If you’re traveling from the airport, you will get to the property much faster (hours) than any place close to the mall because of all the traffic even though it’s only a few kilometers away. I would highly recommend Sterling Darjeeling."
