"The beds were very comfortable. It was very convenient to have a washer/dryer combo unit en suite. However, there was insufficient space for clothes. The washroom (both sink area and shower area) could use more shelves. Having said that, the rooms were quiet. It was easy to adjust the thermostat to our liking. The hotel is very conveniently located, with amazing bakeries and small restaurants nearby. It was close to the bus stop and metro station."

"The hotel was in our favourite neighborhood of the entire trip. We chose it because it was close to le marais and st Germaine, but rue des ecoles ended up having the best restaurants, Boucherie, and markets. The staff were all friendly. They helped us check in early as our flight landed at 6am. They were kind enough to leave a welcome note, anniversary card, and bottle of rose! Our room was amazing, with a beautiful view of the street. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the shower was great. The room had a nespresso, mini fridge, and lots of storage space for clothes. The hotel uses an honesty system for the bar and breakfast buffet. You just have to fill out a paper and pay at checkout. The breakfast had a nice and healthy variety. 10/10 recommend, specially for two person trip or anniversary! "

"The location was great! However the entire hotel is under construction which really defeated the purpose of booking this hotel. It wasn’t pretty. Loud noise. And the rooms/hallways were badly painted and structured. However like mentioned, location was too. Staff was okay. "

"The hotel is opposite the entrance to the Sorbonne, so if you were visiting the University there is no better location. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was adequate, but there were places that were not easy to reach but were visible where dust and fluff had accumulated. The plumbing needed attention. The toilet flush did not work correctly - most of the time, the water did not stop running and only stopped when the flush was pressed again. The bath (with shower) was only separated from the bedroom by an open screen. The shower curtain did not always stop water entering the bedroom and wetting the bed! The bath/shower controls were not correctly fitted and getting the shower to work without the bath filling took a lot of fiddling. The bed was comfortable but the room was never really dark because of lights outside the window and a nightlight by the door that could not be turned off. We only used the breakfast buffet once - it was alright, but not especially good value for money. The “bar” was not very inviting; I never saw anyone using it; we looked at using the bar once but it was overheated and empty so we went to a cafe next door,"

"This hotel was in a great location. The room was large by Europe standards. The pull out bed was not very comfortable but for a short stay it worked. Staff was wonderful and extremely nice. Would stay again "

"Great location - my room had a small balcony and fresh macaroons waiting to welcome us! We felt like part of a movie set! You could walk everywhere! Great cafes and grocery stores and pharmacies within walking distance! Very welcoming staff!"
