"We recently stayed at this hotel and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. What made our stay especially memorable was the outstanding hospitality from the team. A special thank you to: * Front Office Manager: Viviek Sharma * F&B Management: Harpreet and Saurav * Restaurant Team: Bhupinder, Gaurav, Jasmeet, Narayan, Paramjit, Priya, and Sheetal * Bar: Priya * Door/Security: Ajay, Harpreet, and Rajwant * Housekeeping: Parthiv Every member of staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and ensure we had an enjoyable stay. They were particularly warm, kind, and attentive towards our 9-year-old son, who was made to feel genuinely welcome and included throughout our stay. Their friendly interactions and thoughtful approach meant a great deal to our family and helped make our stay even more special. All of the amenities were great, from the pool to the restaurant and bar. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone considering a visit. The service was exceptional, the food was excellent, and the warm, welcoming atmosphere created by the staff made all the difference. We look forward to returning in the future! "Absolutely terrible experience at Country Inn Jalandhar I had already paid for a full day and night stay, but when I called one day in advance to request an early check-in at 12 PM instead of 2 PM, the hotel demanded an extra ₹1500. Charging guests extra for just a couple of hours despite paying for the entire booking is nothing short of greed. To make things worse, when I arrived, I was left standing at the reception for 10–15 minutes while the staff casually ignored the urgency of the situation. The check-in process was slowunprofessional and completely disappointing. The staff was extremely rude and unfriendly A hotel employee s job is to make guests feel welcome but the people at the front desk looked annoyed and behaved as if they were doing me a favor Not a single smile, no courtesy and absolutely no hospitality For a hotel that claims to provide quality service, this was shockingly bad. I have stayed at budget hotels with far better service and more respectful staff Overall rating: 0/5 I would never stay at this hotel again and would strongly advise others to avoid it if they expect basic customer service professionalism and respect"

"The Maya Hotel for me was a great place to stay from the welcoming staff to everyone and everything.. myself and husband enjoyed my 10 days first in Jalandhar India. Feedback: 1.There was no micro wave in the room to warm food, although they asked us to call for home service. I think something are meant to be private... 2. We had to call to turn on hot water..they should have informed us that they turn off hot water at 11th-hour."
