"Every time I vacation in Manila, I stay in Parque España. Conveniently located to many restaurants, Alabang Town Center Mall, Festival Mall, Molito Mall, Supermarkets, hospital. Clean and affordable with a great breakfast buffet and shuttle service. All the staff are helpful, professional and friendly. I feel safe staying here because there are guards at the entrance who are vigilant in checking all the guests that go in and out of the hotel. "

"Terrible stay - no heating in shower , need to boil water to bathe , swimming pool ok free ; greeter ok ;no TV ; stayed 3 days ; room needs upgrade ; utensils needs replacement - total room upgrade : mo extra sheets we used same sheets for 3 days - overall terrible but were able to use stove though very small frying pan available pot requested in old and small ; in charge said she got it in another unit ; price cheap but guests would pay for more for convenience ; security good and nice guards ;...

"I have read ads about Excelsior a while back but I felt it was too expensive considering its location. This time their price was reduced to a reasonable price so I booked. Other than the fact than parking is separated and there is no walkway to the hotel, all were excellent from well appointed rooms and beddings and very courteous staff."
