"Nice hotel. Probably typical for French hotels, No ice machine, no AC in the rooms, but certainly probably typical compared to United States hotels. The breakfast served on the ground floor is excellent. Concierge service was also excellent, although the Versailles ticket were expensive and on Tuesday morning Versailles it was incredibly busy, too crowded to enjoy"

"Beautiful small boutique like hotel in great area of the16th arrondissement. General walking distance to the Trocadéro / Eiffel Tower / the Seine is accessible and Arc de Triomphe and Champs Élysée. Metro options. Hotel staff from the front desk, the bar and the dining area was really welcoming and helpful. They had a nice buffet hot breakfast with some options. Loved the personal feel of this hotel. The only issue we had was w/ a toilet in our room that was not working at 100 % all the time. But the hotel staff made it right in the end by compensating us for the inconvenience. Hotel Garden Élysée is truly a green oasis in the city. I would recommend it and stay there again! "

"The bathroom is very small and they do not give hand towels it’s only 2 shower towels no coffee it’s the first hotel with no coffee no tea And AC wasn’t working we sleep with the windows open the 2 beds have been about 6 in a part Overall ligation is very good good restaurants and prices are good the train station is about 5 minutes walk every one are very kind "

"The check-in experience was disappointing. The staff member was not very professional and did not explain basic information such as Wi-Fi access, breakfast, or other important hotel details. The housekeeping staff was also quite impolite. When we returned to the room and needed to use the washroom while they were cleaning, their attitude made us feel uncomfortable and guilty, as though we were inconveniencing them in our own room."
