"Experiência terrível desde o checkin. O checkin só começa 19h, porém não avisam isso com clareza quando da reserva. Fui obrigado a comprar duas horas extras para entrar às 17h. Não limparam meu quarto (apesar de eu indicar que estava disponível para limpeza). O quarto é absurdamente barulhento, inclusive de madrugada, pois tudo que acontece na rua pode ser ouvido. No dia do checkout, a automação não funcionou, as luzes não acendiam e a persiana não abria, o que me obrigou a me arrumar no escuro....

"At my arrival there was no one and no information about the room, it took half hours to get information. TV in room do not work. Bathroom and wc in sad conditions. There is a good furniture in living room and kitchen. "
