"The hotel staff is amazing — incredibly attentive, friendly, and quick to help with anything you need. From the reception to the breakfast team, everyone was exceptionally welcoming. The rooms are comfortable, and the breakfast is fantastic — a true Brazilian spread with plenty of delicious options! The location is also excellent. I’ll definitely stay here again the next time I’m in São Paulo!"

"The property is quirky, the staff are excellent, the dining is good. There are some old-fashioned touches - washing lines in the bathroom - and in places there is a clear need for refurbishment, but it's a comfortable place to stay. And the swimming pool is excellent. I realise from other reviews that one must book a superior room in order to have bottled water and tea-making facilities in the room, but in my view this should be available in all rooms as standard."
