"At my arrival there was no one and no information about the room, it took half hours to get information. TV in room do not work. Bathroom and wc in sad conditions. There is a good furniture in living room and kitchen. "

"Unfortunately we were very disappointed with this property. Firstly our check in experience was awful. As this is a privately owned apartment in a hotel, we had great communication with the owner but poor communication between the owner and hotel meant that we could not get to our room until 1am. We have an infant baby... it required us to contact the owner late at night, the hotel staff would barely lift a finger to assist.
