"The apartment is in the suburbs of Graz in a large middle-class condominium, parts of which are still under construction (august 2026). The building is just in front of the Messe and served very well by the Tram (Line 4) which easily drives you to the city center. The apartment was new, very clean, confortable and with full furnitures (washing machine, nespresso machine, vacuum cleaner, smart tv, kitchen etc.). All in all, we felt like being home. "My wife and I stayed in the MH Living apartment for two nights in November 2025. The apartment was very spacious, clean and had everything we needed. The location was great as it is close to the center (15 min walk) or a few minutes to the tram (we loved riding around Graz on the tram and even used it to visit our friend in the hospital).
