"This place was a little gem. Very clean and staff was accommodating as we had something unexpected me up. Perfectly positioned next to two highly rated restaurants and the golf course. Would stay here again but will need to book a room with a bigger bed that accomadates pets. Even thought they didn't have a breakfast, they did have a room to grab a snack, drink, coffee, or a DVD."

"Room was clean and quiet with excellent ac (Room 119).And very comfortable bed. Staff very helpful and accomodating. Breakfast - fresh cooked scrambled eggs with sausages, cereals, yogurt, bread and bagels with strawberry cream spread and make your own fresh crisp waffles. Best breakfast in our cross country drive this summer!"

"Been working in Sanders since Aug 1 and will be staying here tell middle of October 2026 at surestay hotel near Sanders AZ. I'm a picky sucker when it comes to beds and pillows and sheets. And if your traveling and need a night to stay, this is the place. Very comfortable. Beds are awesome and the sheets, I'm actually buying the same ones for my bed at home. Remodeled rooms and the air conditioning is awesome. You'll freeze your butt off. It's all by itself so no one else is around. It's out in the middle of nowhere basically just off the I40. Direct TV, and pretty good breakfast. Don't let the outside full you because inside the rooms are pretty nice. And the staff are awesome. Dave"

"The room was quiet , clean and comfortable. I would recommend. If you have pets, the property is covered in concrete. There is a gravel patch near the back building but a walk away."

"nice historic motel located next to a diner and gas station for easy meals and snacks. The staff were friendly and helpful with any questions I had. The room was clean and well appointed except for a coffee maker but I resolved that issue on day one. I would stay here again if I ever came through Holbrook again."
