"Fantastic property with everything you'd need, or thought you didn't need.... great hosts who were eager to make sure we'd settled in and had everything we needed or any help with suggestions for sight seeing (although great information book supplied). We were new to the area but found the location perfect as a base for exploring near and far. over a few days..plenty to do on your doorstep with shops and eateries with-in Melrose if you don't fancy cooking. "A beautiful cottage, very clean and comfortable. Margaret was an excellent host, couldn’t have been more helpful and quick response to any communication. "

"The cottage was lovely and cosy with everything you need for a self catering break. We didn't use the bar or leisure facilities but they were available. "

"Loved the cottage lovely and spacious loved the jacuzzi and log fire .And the welcome pack was lovely.The fridge and freezer were big and there was evrything you needed.Only thing that let it down was the heating it was cold on a morning and evening with no heating on in other rooms .Had to turn oven on to heat the kitchen up.It was hive heating with no instructions on how to use it.Due to this we wouldnt stay again which is a shame because we really enjoyed everything about it"

"Fabulous house in a lovely location, it was perfect for long walks . The house is very roomy with fab decor. Close to a lovely restaurant we we popped in gor drinks and food a few times over the weekend. Will definitely return in the sumner months."
