"Breakfast was terrible-the hot food trays were empty and there was no staff present. The room was uncomfortable-very loud highway noise, there wasn’t any hot water or regular coffee. The heating and cooling system wasn’t working and only blew cold air. "
"We where supposed to have a king suit when we got to the hotel we got a queen suit we went to the front desk and they told us that they only have queen suits at this property but we booked a king suit and paid for a king."
"Staff was friendly but not overly helpful. When I went to get some ice, it was pretty obvious that someone was smoking in the hallway. I informed the staff person that someone was obviously smoking in the hallway. She said "what do you want me to do, lto desk and go looking for someone that I might know was smoking? This person did not obviously care about smoking; so when I said it doesn't help your hotel much" the response was "yeah". This is getting to be a very tired hotel judging by the carpets and general lack of maintenance. The fitness room had no drinking water, with only empty jugs laying around, the hot tub was out of use. Breakfast was marginal at best."
"Very clean wonderful shower, mattress not bad at all. Staff very helpful with changes needed. Room very small. Not a lot of work space if you need a desk. No sitting chair though they had an xtra lamp for one. Very noisy heater/fan unit set high on the wall that I had trouble reaching/seeing - no fun standing on a chair with rollers to adjust."
"The unit we stayed in was spacious and clean. It’s older but seems to be quite well maintained other than the heating/ air conditioning unit continually makes a popping noise that sounds like a bug zapper. I’m a light sleeper and didnt get a restful sleep. If you’re not a light sleeper it’s a descent place, especially for the price. "
"Room was disgusting!!! The moment you walk in the chemical, dog, and cigarette smell is overwhelming!!! Dog hair in the bed holes in walls and floor was soft in places felt like I was going to fall through it! Noisy all night dogs barking and people fighting outside! Outside was absolutely atrocious!!! Garbage everywhere!!! I would sleep in a dark alley before I would stay here again!"
