Pousada Maravilhosa

Pousada Maravilhosa com funcionários ainda mais maravilhosos. As meninas da recepção muita prestativas, Maria, Raissa e todas as outras. Café da manhã muito bom, preparam cuscuz, tapioca, omelete, além das preparações com avocado. Ótimo atendimento dos dois restaurantes da pousada. Piscina com música boa com vista para o mar. Caiu muito a qualidade geral

No primeiro dia esperamos quase 2 horas para servir o café da manhã. Depois de todas as mesas comerem, veio o nosso (completamente errado do que foi pedido). Não limparam o nosso quarto no dia seguinte (nem falaram que tinha que solicitar limpeza). Tirando o restaurante, que realmente é muito bom (inclusive o Vinicius e o Marcio que foram excelentes), o restante parece estar “abandonado”. Triste ver o Ventana dessa forma, ate porque não é a primeira vez que fico lá, e nunca vi como esta agora. OBS: Ficamos de quinta a domingo, no sábado uma camareira foi limpar o quarto (após nossa solicitação, porque se não iríamos ficar os 3 dias sem limpeza), ela foi muito gentil e limpou bem!

Decepcionante

Foi decepcionante. O pior de tudo foi o fato de parecer ser um lugar onde COVID não existe: praticamente nenhuma funcionário usa máscara e não se cobra isso dos hóspedes. Não há qualquer aviso solicitando uso de máscaras. Funcionários no ambiente do restaurante sem máscara, pessoal limpando quartos sem máscara. Total irresponsabilidade e falta de profissionalismo. O acolhimento também deixa a desejar. Tivemos que pedir por alguém para pegar as malas no carro, pois não ofereceram. Nenhuma informação complementar nos foi oferecida sobre atrações locais. Estrutura com desleixo repreensível em alguns pontos. Paredes do quarto com reboco caindo, pintura velha, almofadas da piscina totalmente rasgadas.
