"A beautiful hotel with great accommodations. The staff was very friendly, especially with it being a very busy time. Nice bar and a nice little coffee shop/cafe. I plan on going there next year to stay."

"Room Clean, Air conditioning good, didn't make it to breakfast"

"Couldn't be a better location for easy airport in and out. Comfy bed. Lots of pillows. Room dark as a cave (too dark for my daytime tastes). Bathroom door wouldn't stay open without shoving a towel under it. Usual, harsh, bathroom lighting. Took a long time to get warm water at the taps (wasteful). Be warned, while a phone call before traveling confirmed they do allow pets, the person on the phone didn't tell me there was a pet fee. I picked this property rather than the cheaper Pear Tree Inn just down the road because that property advised there was a fee. Feel kind of cheated. "

"It was entirely too loud. Parties taking place in our hallway. Nice room, but staff has no control over late night guests. We won’t stay here again."

"Front desk staff was amazing. Parking was easy. Location was fine. We stayed one night and it was perfect for what we needed. "

"The elevator was not working so we had to take steps for 2 days . The old and sick people wete struggling going up and down."

"Front desk kept charging more money every time I purchased a soda. I also had a issue with a screw in my tire staff at front desk told me to go to a tire service place in the morning I asked if they were open he stated yes and found it was not. There were also people sleeping on the floor near the basement bar. I was definitely fearful to leave my room or go out side."

"Great location for a show at the Pageant. Delicious restaurant options in and near the hotel. Great value for price of the suite. Highly recommend."
