"It’s best price around for what you get , sone of the staff are excellent and go above and beyond to make your stay easy and some are not ! They charge a $50 incidental fee that they don’t tell you about till you check in"

"Beware of construction 2026-2027.
This was our first stay here (June 2026), and we will give it another shot despite a less-than-ideal experience. Overall, the pros outweigh the cons.
We are not picky travelers, but we expect a bare minimum of cleanliness and a comfortable bed. The mattress was fine, but the pillows were hard and lumpy. Our biggest gripe was the amount of dust in the room. Literally piles of it on the floor, and a coating on the furniture. My wife used a wash cloth to wipe off the nightstands, and it was black.
In all fairness, the renovations are creating absurd amounts of masonry dust and crumbs. Perhaps our room had been cleaned but vacant for a while.
The good:
Convenient location, reasonable rates, friendly/helpful staff, better than average breakfast, nice outdoor pool and patio, free parking. Our room had a kitchenette (oddly, there were two refrigerators but only one barstool). The building itself is a bit like a time capsule. The mailbox between the lobby elevators is connected to a shaft with slots on each floor. There are probably other quirky features that would be fun to discover.
The bad:
Renovations are definitely impacting the experience at the moment. Room could have been cleaned more thoroughly. Restaurant/bar is only open a few days, and air conditioning set very cold, so your food cools off fast."
"By check in. I did not receive a clean room, changed 3 times of room. All where the same thing. By the 3rd room, i decided for them to give a mop and broom and things to clean myself. This is unacceptable. That is disrespectful."
