Great Stay!

Excellent location, very walkable to sites, food, shopping, etc. They were super helpful and provided a ton of information on things to do, see, eat, etc. and were available for all questions 24/7! Would stay here again.

Great communication with Joseph and his team as we neared our arrival time. We were met right away outside and escorted to our room. Instructed on how to use the codes for entry and exit during our stay, and introduced to the housekeeper and shown coffee lounge. Clean rooms, equipped with nespresso coffee machine and variety of water bottles. Very attentive staff, great host. Loved the bottle of wine waiting for us, chocolates with our towels Any time we needed anything the response was quick and efficient. Great location for walking to all our destinations in Jerusalem. Highly recommend this lovely Boutique Hotel. And we would definitely return for another stay.

From the moment I arrived, everything felt thoughtfully designed, meticulously maintained, and truly guest-focused. The room was modern, spotless, and so comfortable every detail had purpose, from the quality of the bedding to the beautifully planned lighting and décor. The location couldn’t be better: right in the heart of Jerusalem, steps away from everything, yet quiet and relaxing inside. Check-in was smooth and effortless, and the team was always available with quick, warm, and professional assistance whenever needed. What makes this place truly special is the level of care. You can feel it everywhere in the cleanliness, the amenities, and the overall atmosphere. It’s the kind of stay that reminds you what hospitality should feel like. I’ve stayed in many places in Jerusalem, but this one stands out by far. Highly recommended and I will absolutely be coming back.

I have stayed a few times at their properties. It’s always charming and well appointed. I will be staying there again in the future. Their office is near their rentals so they are available. The location is great - near Mamilla and you can easily walk to the Old City. I definitely recommend!

The Mamilla View is an incredible find for a place to stay in the center of Jerusalem. The room was spacious and very comfortable. A bottle of wine and chocolates on the beds were waiting for us. Joseph, the owner, couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful. In addition to amenities in the suite like an Espresso machine, refrigerator, coffee and teas and an electric kettle, there was a small cozy lobby adjacent to a kitchen with a refrigerator with milk that could be steamed and an ice machine. We will definitely come back to the Mamilla View for value and location in Jerusalem!

I had an excellent stay at Mamilla View Urban. The room was clean, stylish, and very comfortable, with everything I needed for a relaxing visit. The bed was great, the shower had strong pressure, and the space felt newly refreshed. The staff were truly exceptional – kind, helpful, and always available. I felt very well taken care of throughout my stay. The location is ideal, within walking distance to the Old City, Mamilla Mall, and vibrant local areas filled with shops and restaurants. It’s the perfect base for exploring Jerusalem. Overall, a great value for the price. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

Ce n’est pas un hotel mais des chambres:pas de reception ni de réceptionniste mais des codes envoyés par whatsapp pour accéder à l’établissement . On vous demande aussi la copie de votre carte d’identité par Whatsapp. Il n’y a pas d’escalier pour accéder aux chambres lorsque vous arrivez :depuis la rue vous montez un étage par escalier puis vous vous trouvez sur un palier ou vous devez obligatoirement prendre l’ascenseur pour accéder aux étages superieurs!.Pour cela j’ai réglé 147 euros plus 25 de taxes . Heureusement une bouteille de vin vous est offerte et l’emplacement est interessant .
