Brand new small hotel with very friendly staff in a great location for Karakol and Lake Issyk-Kul south shore. Modern rooms, interesting decor, comfortable beds and good heating plus a coffee shop. Excellent value for money, and would stay again if I return to the area.

It was a nice one night stay, the breakfast was really good. The restaurant/cafe adjoining was very good. Great service. The biggest draw back was the hot water tank in the bathroom was right up against the toilet. And the shower head would not hang up properly. Just annoying not a disaster. I would ...
