The room was extremely dirty, stains and spots on the floor everywhere, ketchup on the table, dust, and stains all over the sink and mirror, hair on the sheets, a piece of metal laying next to the sink. Personnel is not rude but doesn't speak good English, overcharge for taxi, ask personal questions, send a clerk to clean in front of me instead of changing me to a cleaner room right away.
