"I have traveled to quite a few places in the world, but the hospitality at this hotel was some I have ever received. The staff were incredibly attentive to all our needs and especially good with our small children. I cannot recommend this place enough"

"I can not say enough about how helpful the staff was at our arrival. We had been traveling all day and there was a misunderstanding regarding which room I had reserved. The gentleman at the desk was a great help and did everything to help get us settled in for the night. Thank you for going above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and settled in!"

"We had an unexpected pipe burst so we went without water the hallways were drenched. No towels left the staff reacted very well to situation and dealt with a lot of upset customers it was an inconvenience but dealt with very well"

The property was immaculately clean and all efforts had been made to keep the guests' needs and wants met. We probably will stay at Pleasanton again and we heartily recommend it!! "

"I wore white socks in my room and after walking around for a few minutes, the socks were no longer white. I also noticed the air duct in the bathroom had a thick layer of dust/gunk that looked like it hadn't been cleaned in about a year. The outside of the motel is adorable. The inside is in definite need of a good deep cleaning or gutting it and starting over."

"I found a roach in my bed when I want to sleep. Not only did the property manager not do anything to help he later kicked me out of the hotel and threatened to call the police without a refund for two remaining nights for complaining about the roach!"
