"The hotel was beautiful but needs some extra care in regards to cleanliness. The check in staff was not at the level of politeness that you would expect from a Shangri-La. The free laundry amenities weee awesome! All in all we had a great stay! Please also get the breakfast, it was incredible!!! The hotel is literally connected to a mall with a hige food court which came in handy!!"

"Todo muy bien aunque en recepción tienen un servicio lento por no hablar inglés y cuando llegamos estábamos cansados y esa demora fue incómoda, por otro lado hay un bar y huele demasiado a cigarrillo así sea que no estés ahí el olor a cigarrillo se siente en todo el lobby. Lo que más nos gustó fue el desayuno."
