Muy céntrico

El personal muy amable pero nadie habla otro idioma que no sea chino y por ello la comunicación con ellos se hace prácticamente imposible. Tienen un aparato que al hablarle en inglés les traduce al chino y viceversa, aunque la traducción no siempre es la deseada con los consiguientes malentendidos

意外と良い地方都市のホテル

部屋にコンセントが沢山あるのが良いです。 ベッドも個人的には硬さも枕もとても合いました。 朝食も種類が豊富でおいしかった。 スタッフも丁寧で笑顔もあり好印象 エレベーターが古くて遅くて扉が閉まりにくいのがNG

The hotel is comfortable and clean overall. Staff is friendly. Only issue is that the phone line in the room not work properly to reach out.

Bowl of fruit!!

Before I get to the one issue arising, I must say we Could not ask for more. Breakfast was fine and comprehensive. For those reviewing on here, who have travelled to China and expect an English or European style breakfast at every turn and English speaking staff throughout, then don't travel to China! A great hotel. We didn't witness any of the "tired" areas of the hotel mentioned in some reviews. Yes, smoking in public areas is an issue in all Chinese hotels but the staff were clearly trying to deal with it in the bars and reception The 29th ?? floor restaurant was lovely and great value and the staff stayed open late for us, although being visited at our room 10.45 to pay cash because our deposit didn't cover both the meal and the room wasn't the best customer service. This, added to the issue at check in saying that we had booked 2 rooms (which we hadn't) and had to pay for both (eventually resolved but after over an hour), made me less than happy at the time. A bowl of fruit doesn't quite cut it as an apology but all that aside, it's a nice hotel and I would stay again.

Bot the best option to stay

Room it self is ok . Staff without english knowledge and not interested into customers concerns . Food only for chinese ! No western options . Internet very slow and nit support VPN . I would not come back . There are other more better hotels in Yongkang .
