"The hotel is situated in a lovely location. The service was poor, staff seemed like they weren’t bothered. The food was extremely dry, over cooked and chewy. When complained did not bat an eyelid. We stayed for 4 nights, not once our room was cleaned. Overall wasn’t happy with the room either, sockets in the room didn’t work properly. The only thing I loved was that I could have my really hot showers. "

"I didn’t check in because I was told I didn’t have booking. Yet I had confirmation from Expedia. I was told hotel was full. Good enough out of the hotel staff assistance I got another hotel where I could spend a night. It was bad to arrive at night and you are told you have no booking that should be done much earlier."
