"A very nice and central location near shopping streets and lots of restaurants and coffee places. Adequate for a single night, the hotel feels tired as does the staff. It took 15 minutes of team work by 3 front desk staff and several phone calls to find my prepaid Expedia reservation. The room on the 11th floor was OK, the bathroom worked but was in need of renovation. Windows were very dirty on the outside, spoiling what would have been an impressive city view."

"We stayed in the Riverview Suite, and it was amazing. The room was well-apportioned and very comfortable, including plush beds (a rarity in China). The view did not disappoint! The staff did not speak much English but were very polite and helpful using translation apps. It was a great hotel, and even better for the price we paid. There are two metro stops closer than Google Maps will tell you, but even so it is a bit of a trek (about .7 miles), which is the only downside. We would...
