"Bei 2 Grad Außentemperatur nicht funktionierende Heizung im Schlafzimmer, dünne Sommerdecken, an Schlaf war nicht zu denken. Dreck hinter der Tür, Staub auf dem Sofa und sonstigen Flächen. Matratze in der Mitte durchgelegen. Dass die Heizung nicht ging wurde abgestritten und der Fehler bei uns gesucht."

Das Familienzimmer (großer Wohn-Schlafraum, Flur, kleines Kinderzimmer mit Stock-Bett, geräumiges Bad) war sehr tadellos sauber und gemütlich. "The restaurant on site has a lot’s of menu options even vegetarian, foods are great and staffs are very friendly and nice. The location is very good for hiking Saxon Switzerland area on foot. Also this hotel gave me a guest ticket to get on tram & buses free."
