"We had to ask several times for our room to be cleaned. When it was, the odour of BO from staff was so heavy in the air we couldn't go into our room and had to ask for air freshener. I actually became physically sick. The one night they left the door to our room wide open. Thank goodness my husband had to go back to the room and discovered it being open. That same night they only gave us 2 towels and did not change the garbage at all. The last 2 nights out of the 6 nights we were forced to stay we just gave up and lived with no clean towels and accumulation of garbage. We feel for what we paid for each night the service to our room was horrendous. We couldn't even have our beds made. I chose this hotel due to positive experiences from other Marriott's in the past. We will never stay at this location again and will be spreading the word."

"Breakfast was REALLY good and plentiful! R Especially the eggs and waffles. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Its an older hotel but they're definitely keeping up. Tons of parking on all sides of hotel so you can see your vehicle. Would absolutely love to stay here again. "

"When I arrived, late at night wanting to just get into my room the front desk staff spent way too much time with someone who didn't have a room, the hotel was fully booked so they went out of their way to ask me to wait until they found them a hotel near by that was not booked. That person left the hotel front lobby I finally started my check in and the front desk staff asked if I could wait again so they could run after that person with info, I said once you give me my cards so I can get to my room which I booked a long time ago and have paid for sure. I stayed here before, I enjoy the hotel it's simple, easy, the breakfast is decent, my issues are I don't know the age, and yet it has very low level toilets, I'm not overly tall but these things are in the basement. Also our bathroom door did not actually latch, not sure if the hinges are worn, the frame is twisting or what, door seemed solid but the latch was not cleaning the plate. I don't like change and if I'm in the area I'll probably stay there again, I upgraded our room, I didn't have issues with the price, just follow through on the upkeep and attention to detail. Guests who have booked and paid for rooms should get preferential treatment over ones who didn't book, epically when there are no available rooms."
