"We paid for a partial ocean view while were given a room at 2nd floor which we could only see AC condensers on a roof! The manager mentioned that you need to walk out of your room and pass the AC condenses all the way to the edge of roof and then you can see the Ocean and this is still called a partial ocean view!! We were lucky that there was another room available to switch to for that last night but that is ridiculous they give you a room with awful view, and they still call it an ocean view! Unbelievable!! It is definitely not worth to spend $400 a night for that. I would never ever go back!"

"The room was clean, the pool was nice and warm and the staff were extremely friendly! The building has clearly been updated some. My only complaint would be that there is a gap under our door so I had to put a towel there to try to block any bugs/light from getting in. Overall our stay was really nice and the location was convenient. We'd stay again."

"Took us over 1 hour to get bedding for the pull out couch…after 3 calls, we finally received them. The shower had no door, so showers were cold. The room was freezing when we got there and took several hours to get cooled down."
