freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Inhaber das Personal verrichtet Dienst nach Vorschrift die Aschenbecher im Raucherbereich wurden 2-3 Tage nicht geleert und auch leere Tassen oder Müll wurde nicht abgeräumt

Perfect Home

Ola the manager was the star. Infact all the staff are friendly and very hospitable. My family had an emergency, Ola took them to the hospital at 11 pm waited and brought them back when I wasn’t around. He was a guardian angel. Such a service only a family member will do. Thank you all very much. Location of the guesthouse is perfect for a tourist. Very close to Campus Square and other eateries. Will recommend it to anyone.

Perfect Home

Great stay. Absolute freedom and tranquility. Located near to Campus Square and lots of restaurants nearby. Stayed here for two weeks. Manager absolute star. Very helpful and accommodative. Dining hall, common space and kitchen accessible any time of the day. Will recommend highly.

Happy and will return again

James was very helpful but would have liked him to show me around and explain the areas of the guesthouse more. Although I could not stay for breakfast as I had to leave before 8am, they seem to have had a nice spread of goods. However, it would be great if they also provided some gluten-free options. They are working on options to room positions, so I look forward to a nicer view from my bedroom next time, instead of the parking/building area.

Melville's little gem!

James and the rest of the staff were very welcoming, accommodating and respectful. We were made to feel right at home and no request was a bother. Those ladies sure can cook a killer breakfast...it was delicious!! Thank you for making our stay so memorable. I highly recommend this guesthouse for a getaway.

I stayed well though I only noticed on Saturday morning that my booking never included the breakfast so I had to go and buy breakfast somewhere else of which I was kind of running late because I had an interview to attend on the day

Cozy room in Melville with delicious breakfast

Nice and cozy room at a good location in Melville (about 10 minutes walking from 7th street where most restaurants and bars are). We had a delicious breakfast with omelet/eggs and sausages. Owners are helpful and service-minded. The pool is rather small, but the garden area is nice and quiet.

Good stay

Brilliant guesthouse. Very clean and modern with lovely outside areas and the staff are great. Well located in a quiet location that is less than a 10 minute walk from Melville's main stretch.

Guest house sympa à Melville

L’hotel est sécurisé comme toutes les maisons environnantes bien que Melville soit plutôt considéré comme zone tranquille ; l’hôtel est pas trop mal placé pour les restaurants et l’on peut rejoindre Constitution Hill avec un bus sécurisé à 400 m et prendre ensuite un ticket Cityseeingsight bien pratique pour visiter en sécurité les principaux sites de Joburg ; l’accueil a été charmant et la chambre était confortable et la Tv par satellite permettait de capter TV5Monde ; l’hotel dispose d’une cuisine , ce qui permet de ne pas sortir la nuit si on est seul ; le petit déjeuner était satisfaisant sans plus; il est possible de prendre son petit déjeuner ou le repas préparé par soi-même à l’interieur ou dehors devant la piscine ( très petite)

Fantastisk personal

På vägen till hotellet ca 5 km därifrån v jag utsattför ett rånförsök med pistol i min bil. När jag kom fram tog receptionisten James emot mej på ett vänligt och proffesionellt sätt. Han ordnade Take away food så jag slapp gå ut mer den kvällen. Sängarna var jätteskönt. Kunde sova rätt bra med tanke på min upplevelse.
