"I ignored the previous Hotels.com review and still decided to stay here, DON'T make the same mistake. The service at Mahoua "resort" is a complete disaster. Check-in took more than an hour because they have no planning for different arriving guests. I was eventually put in a 2-bedroom apartment. The apartment still had laundry in both the washing machine and dryer. There were no dishes or utensils; I found these all in the dish washer.
