"Breakfast was nice. House keeping staff were also nice. Check in was quick and the receptionist was pleasant. I stayed with kids and the hotel has things they could borrow, the kids were able to borrow an Xbox one with games. They loved it. Enjoyed the stay although, I would have preferred house keeping daily instead of every other day, that would be the only down side. "

"I struggle writing a review about our stay here. On arrival day there was a a water main break and the water park was closed and this was clearly wreaking havoc on their days, it was tense and managers were yelling at staff. The next morning the power went out, again impacting the entire hotel. Those things were out of their control, but their reactions were not. I could overlook those. But what really got me was when I tried to put my kids to bed and pulled down the sheets. Needless to say I had to request all of our bedding be changed. I would not stay here again, we left before our second night, it was chaos at the front desk so we couldn’t even talk to anyone. "
