"I had a very disappointing stay. The room was extremely warm, and I wasn’t able to sleep properly because of it. I reported the issue with the air conditioning, but unfortunately, it was not fixed during my stay. It made the experience very uncomfortable. I hope the hotel improves how they handle maintenance concerns, especially when it affects a guest’s rest."

The staff are consistently friendly and kind, which really adds to the overall experience. "The room was good except too warm and we couldn't turn dowm the heat for sleeping The steak sandwich was not good. Tuff and didn come the way I asked it to be cooked. I asked for medium well and came rare . Sent it back twice and was still not cooked right. "
